Thank you for placing your order with us.
Please read through the terms and conditions for website packages below.

Acceptance of Order:

1. Your order represents a request for the selected website package.
2. Following placement of your order, you will be contacted by a Limelite Online representative.
3. In the order form, please tell us a bit about your business.
 

Payment Options:

1. You can choose to pay using any of our 3 easy payment options.
2. Clients choosing to pay in full, enjoy a discount of no setup fee.
3. No work shall begin, until the deposit or setup fee has been paid.
4. If you choose to pay in installments, you will need to pay the Setup Fee on start-up of the website project.
5. If you choose to pay in full, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total website package price on start-up and the remainder on completion of the project.
6. You should wait to receive the confirmed invoice from us before making payment or deposit.
 

All Packages:

1. All website packages include e-mail addresses and hosting for your website on our web servers for 12 months.
2. All website packages include registration of your website domain name, in your own name.
3. All website packages include a single logo design for their business, with 2 variants in both color and black/white.
4. All website packages include BASIC SEO and MAJOR SEARCH ENGINE REGISTRATION.
5. All website packages include a FAVORITE ICON for your website, which will help brand and identify your website.
 

Exclusions:

1. All website pages may contain whatever information you choose, with the following exceptions:
FLASH, FLASH BANNERS, BLOGS, FORUMS, E-COMMERCE, SHOPPING CARTS.
2. These exclusions may be requested as a separate addition to the website package and will be quoted separately, as an additional cost to the website package.

Additional Website Pages:

1. Should you require additional pages for your website package, you may request us to quote you per additional page you require for your package.
 

Website Hosting & Domain Registration:

1. Website hosting for all packages will be for the duration of 12 months, from the completion of the website.
2. Hosting of websites, for all packages will be on our own servers.
3. Hosting and Domain Renewal fees are renewable yearly.
4. Should you choose to move your hosting to a different host, you may do so (with 30 days notice) on condition that the website package is fully settled and there are no outstanding fees owed to Limelite Online.
 

Content Management System:

1. The Limelite Online Content Management System is an included feature of the SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM website package deals.
2. The Limelite Online Content Management System remains the property of Limelite Online at all times and is never owned by the client.
3. You receive access to use the Content Management System, as part of the website package deal only for as long as you continue to host your website on our hosting servers.
4. Should you choose to move your website to a new host, this WILL NOT include the Limelite Online Content Management System.
5. Should you wish to own your own Content Management System, you may request us to build you one, which fits the look and feel of your website and incorporates your business logo for an additional fee to the website package.
 

Termination:

1. It is not prohibited to use the website for displaying information or photos, which may be offensive to others for as long as the website is hosted on the our servers.
2. The following could be considered offensive or illegal, which could result in the website and/or the domain from being suspended or possibly terminated. If you are unsure, you should ask us first before placing your order.
Any kind of illegal drugs, ammunition, fire arms, warfare, poaching, seal culling, animal cruelty, link farms, spam bots, bootlegging, selling of illegal CD's or DVD's or pornography.
 

Free Quotation:

1. Any price or estimated delivery time quoted separately by the Free Auto Quotation Generator has no bearing on any of the website packages prices.
2. The website package prices are fixed and overide any other quotations.

 

Website Packages:

 

1. Content Management Systems

The "Silver", ""Gold" and ""Platinum" packages includes the use of the Limelite Online Content Management System.
This Content Management System remains the property of Limelite Online at all times and is available for the client to use for the duration of their hosting period with Limelite Online.
 
Non-renewal or cancellation of the website hosting includes the cancellation of the Limelite Online Content Management System.

2. Basic SEO

Basic SEO refers to the Search Engine Optimization done within the website pages, internal hyperlinks, meta tags, content, graphics and pictures. This includes registration of your website domain with the major search engines.
 
Basic SEO does not include external linking, SEM (Search Engine Marketing) - promoting websites with paid links, to increase visibility in search engines.
 

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO LIMELITE ONLINE

1. On completion of the website you may wish to submit content to us for inclusion in the website.
2. We will insert all content and photos for all pages and up to a maximum of 10 photos in a photo gallery.
3. Should you wish to do this yourself, you may do so via the Content Management System, at your own leisure.
4. All Materials submitted to us for inclusion, should be done by e-mail to info@limelite.co.za.
5. All Materials submitted to us for inclusion, should be compressed with either WINZIP or WINRAR.
6. All photos should not exceed 640px (wide) x 480px (long).
7. All photos exceeding 2mb will be automatically rejected.
8. All materials provided to Limelite Online for inclusion in the website, will remain the property of the sender at all times and will never be used or sold by Limelite Online to any 3'rd party.
